What was the highlight of Hotel Masa International
Enjoyable stay.
The pool and the view were great. Mature gardens really added to the features The staff were very helpful and friendly. New bathroom and landing. Bus stop right outside the hotel entrance.
Air-conditioning needs a booster! Not great for higher heat, I had to wear my neck fan during the night. I didn't like the plastic "Masa" branding. It's a nice old grand hotel with some great older features; spend the money on renovations rather than branding that doesn't match the decor.

Overall good value for money.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke good English.
Food did not meet expectations especially set 3 course dinner menu that was below expectations. Hot food at breakfast was placed out at the beginning of allocated time and not refreshed, so after an hour was well overdone.

Very Good
Great reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool too deep, no shallow end. Not suitable for children or poor swimmers. Lougers old and worn Bar appeared unattended. at times Would benefit from a pool side bar
